- 00:00Welcome to the fourth and final week of this course.
- 00:03We are very pleased that you are still participating in this course and have made it this far.
- 00:08This was the theoretical part so far and a lot about how models ultimately work.
- 00:12This week we want to take a closer look, what we have to consider from an ethical perspective.
- 00:18This week we will first present a perspective on this on the different aspects of artificial intelligence and the actors involved.
- 00:28We will look afterwards, what added value artificial intelligence generally provides and also which restrictions we have to consider.
- 00:35We will also have another special look on the importance of the data.
- 00:39What do we really know? That is also a question we will be asking this week particularly again and would like to look at.
- 00:46We will look afterwards, how data can be used for this purpose and how data can lead to it,
- 00:52that discrimination is being carried out, if we do not look at the data closely and what can happen in the end.
- 00:59We want to take a closer look at the impact on daily life, that is, how artificial intelligence and machine learning has already changed and will change our everyday life
- 01:09and at the end of the day, conduct an ethical review.
- 01:13The aim of this week is first of all a general understanding on the added value of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- 01:24It is once an understanding of the limitations of artificial intelligence, and, and this is especially important to us, a realization of regulation
- 01:34and that ethics and education are essential for many of the problems we will address, can be considered as a solution.
- 01:41This was also the motivation for us at the beginning of this course, because we would like to contribute with the part education a part to it, to bring the solution for artificial intelligence to society.
- 01:53The following is particularly important to us this week:
- 01:58We will not address all problems and not to provide solutions for everything.
- 02:03We will not answer the ethical question, but we clearly want to provide food for thought, and we want to make a discussion possible, also in the forum.
- 02:12That's it for the overview of week four, we are looking forward to the last week with you.
