Brainstorming Principles Posters
As a facilitator, you should be aware of what we call the “brainstorming mindsets” or “principles”. We use them to set the tone of our brainstorming sessions. Team members who block every idea, talk over others or are constantly negative can destroy any brainstorming session. This is why it’s important that you communicate the “right” mindsets to your team at the beginning of your session.
