Welcome to the fourth week of our online course "Internet Security for Beginners". In this week, we will explain how data is transmitted in the Internet and why Wi-Fi networks are especially exposed to attacks. Furthermore, we will discuss various attack techniques, such as eavesdropping, spoofing and man-in-the-middle attacks. Besides this, we also talk about more concrete attack approaches and corresponding protective measures. Additionally, an excursion will take a close look to so-called Advanced Persistent Threats.
