Dear participants,
Welcome to the first week of our online learning course “From Brockhaus Thinking: With Design Thinking to a Networked Culture”.
We also want to draw your attention to our pre-course start survey (item in section “general information”). You would do us a great favor and support our better understanding of whom we will be interacting with during the next 5 weeks – and beyond - if you would sacrifice 5-7 minutes of your time to go through the questions.
During this week 1 we want to address the bigger picture of Design Thinking as a Mindset together with you by "Zooming Out" and focusing on the following topics:

If you have any questions - especially on the videos, the additional texts and assignments, please feel free to post these and additional feedback in our discussion forum. You will always find someone who answers them, either us or your fellow participants.
Please, do not use the general help desk of openHPI to ask questions concerning the course contents. If you encounter problems of a more individual nature or bugs, please contact the support team (you can find the helpdesk button on the right edge of the openHPI website).
