Welcome to “Week 5 – Zooming In” of our online learning course “From Brockhaus Thinking: With Design Thinking to a Networked Culture”.
After having opened the discourse about Design Thinking as principle for leading change within an organization towards a networked culture in our first week, we want to share with you some further insights about how to get started to make an impact.
During this Week 5 we want to share with you some starting points. We want to highlight that Design Thinking should be considered as a mean of cultural change towards a networked organization, but not as an end in itself.
The main objectives of this module are to:
- Provide hints about organizational change driven by Design Thinking
- Share with you our notion of the development of Design Thinking from fostering creative confidence and to develop WeQ-Skills towards framing a new mindset for purpose-driven organizations (as Design Thinking 4.0).
And finally, we would like to invite you to share with us, the community, your next “big thing": What will be the next project you are keen on taking on? Why? And: How?
