Course information

A unique experience to learn and develop your own project on Digital Health Systems, through the interaction with original authors of actual Healthcare systems in the fields of digital medicine."

The course strategy consists of discussions of actual best practices related to:

Market tendencies, business models, Competitive positioning, Project / Objectives definition, SoW, Deliveries, Benefits Scenarios, Impact evaluation, Selection of best alternative.
Discussion of several perspectives on creation, design and implementation of Digital Healthcare Systems in general and how these systems impact related incumbents.
Sharing of specific experiences from previous implemented systems from Large Hospitals down to small communities healthcare actual services availability.
Basic research on similar (or new) problematic areas challenge scenarios, identifying “pain-points”, opportunities to be solved and potential solution strategies.
Challenge to develop in Teams (3 persons) own invented project to solve any of the identified pain-points in the Healthcare system of your interest proposing at least one disruptive solution to that identified pain. From “as is” all the way “to be”.

There will be a mid-term evaluation after project definition consisting of a Team presentation of First project definition, SOW and potential deliveries applying concepts discussed on first phase of the course.
