In the openSAP course about Business Success with Climate Action you will learn about SAP’s Climate 21 initiative. The course is designed to show the relevance of climate action for businesses, and how SAP’s Climate 21 initiative can help your company to minimize its carbon footprint. The course is free and open to anyone interested in one of the most important topics of our time - sustainability and carbon footprint reduction. All course units are presented by SAP leaders and sustainability experts. Thomas Saueressig, member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, opens the course and will be followed by SAP Chief Sustainability Officer Daniel Schmid and Gunther Rothermel who is the head of SAP Sustainability Management. In this course, our sustainability experts Bettina Zedlitz, Stephan Müller, Stefan Hack, and Priti Prabhoo will share their insights on the following topics: In week 1, the course covers overall business challenges relating to climate action. Week 2 will give deeper insight into SAP's Climate 21 initiative, while in week 3, we will outline aspects of product carbon footprinting – including an introduction to SAP Product Carbon Footprint Analytics, SAP’s first offering in this context.
