Welcome to “Week 4 – Iterative Process for Co-Innovation” of our online learning course “From Brockhaus Thinking: With Design Thinking to a Networked Culture”.
After having addressed the importance of place-making for Design Thinking as a mindset and the team building and cross-functional team work, this week will be dedicated to a deep dive into the third key important dimension that we use to define Design Thinking from a conceptual standpoint as a reflective practitioner: place * people * process.
This module will offer you an overview about the different work modes during a Design Thinking-project. We want to empathize that Design Thinking is more than just a 3, 5 or 6 step-process – with extending our understanding to design iterative loops from inspiration to implementation: Iterative Process for Co-Innovation.
The main objectives of this module are to:
- Provide a short overview about the different work modes in Design Thinking-projects
- Deepen the notion of developing Design Thinking Sprints as iterative loops from Inspiration to Innovation and Implementation
- Broaden the process-perspective of Design Thinking to scaling it.
And finally, we would like to invite you to share with us, the community, your process-definition about Design Thinking.
We hope that you will enjoy processing this week!
