Capturing an interview

A very important task when conducting an interview is capturing what you hear, see, or feel. It's great if your interviewee allows you to record the conversation.

Otherwise, taking good notes becomes a crucial skill.
note taking

If it's possible, take a partner with you when you go out for interviews and divide tasks: One person asks questions while the other one takes notes and pays attention to detail.

For the next video, we want you to take on the role of the notetaker. Grab some paper and a pen and try to write down important elements of the interview! We will ask you to use these notes in the following exercise!
